We request you to thoroughly check the product once received. If any damage/defect/lack of shine found, notify the same to the MAYATAR team immediately and our team will sure help you out resolving the issue right there.
Strictly there is no cancellation option once the order has been placed. Because all our products are accurately designed and well-crafted according to customer’s requirement. Therefore there is no refund policy as well.
Exchange Policy
Incase the product is damaged and left unnoticed during the time of delivery, the photograph of the damage/defect piece should be mailed to contact@mayatar.com within 24 hrs. immediately after delivery. In this case we evaluate and replace the new furniture with same design and pattern as per your requirement.
