Strictly there is no cancellation option once the order has been placed. Because all our products are accurately designed and well-crafted according to customer’s requirement. Therefore there is no refund policy as well.
Incase the product is damaged and left unnoticed during the time of delivery, the photograph of the damage/defect piece should be mailed to email@example.com within 24 hrs. immediately after delivery. In this case we evaluate and replace the new furniture with same design and pattern as per your requirement.
